Barracuda Email Archive

You will access the Email Archive from a web browser using the following link:
https://emailarchive.hatchstamping.com

Enter your standard everyday computer USERID and password (Not your PLEX login) and click Sign In.



This will bring you to the main Barracuda screen which looks like this.


By using the search functions you can find any Email easily.
For example, let’s say I want to fine an email sometime before 2010, from Stewart Claucherty which had to deal with the Die protection team.
First I click on the advanced link then input the info as follows in YELLOW; by clicking search it returns many emails form Stewart.



Next click the + next to the search box and enter the date criteria and again clicking search will show many emails from Stewart before 2010.


Next click the + again and enter the search criteria and you will see only one email has all the criteria selected. Now, you can enter all the criteria to start with and do not have to take three steps. This was just for visual aids. Of course you search will be different than this one. Make sure you click on all the pull down arrows to see what different search criteria there is.


Once you find the message or messages you are looking for you can click on them to read them in a viewing pain or you can select Tools from the menu and Export, Forward or Tag the messages.
