Remote Desktop Ipad

From your IPad/Iphone download and install the Microsoft Remote Desktop Application

Open the app and select settings

Click on User Names – Click on Add user Account and enter your Credentials in the following format: hatchstamping\YOUR User-id and then your password. Select Save

Return to the Settings screen and select Gateways – then Add Remote Desktop Gateway, Enter the following Server Name : rds.hatchstamping.com and select Done

Select User Name then select your user Name hatchstamping\userid from the list and then Save

Select Settings then Done

From the main screen select

then select Add PC or Server, select PC Name and enter rdshsc01.hatchstamping.com, select Done

Select User Name then select your user Name hatchstamping\YOUR user-id from the list and then click on Settings. Select Gateway then select rds.hatchstamping.com which you configured earlier. Select Create Connection on the top left and then SAVE

When complete click on the New Desktop Icon to connect. You will get a message about verification, click Accept in the upper right corner, you will now be connected to a remote desktop.
