Error when opening PDF files

This error sometimes occurs when attempting to open a PDF document.

The invalid ColorSpace error occurs when Adobe is unable to read layers or other elements of a PDF file. Some older versions of Adobe have trouble opening documents created in newer ones. Specifically, this can happen when attempting to view the document through Plex.

Immediate fix: Download the document to your computer in order to open it.
Permanent fix: Submit a ticket to IT in order to receive the latest version of Adobe Reader.
