Updating windows that keeps failing
For this computer I used a copy of 21H2 on HSC-IND-WDS01 in the DeploymentShare\ISOs folder.
Once you mount the ISO on the machine you are upgrading you can run the following script to complete:
start /wait X:\setup.exe /auto upgrade /DynamicUpdate disable /showoobe None /Telemetry Disable /migratedrivers all

This is the Fix Nuwave gave me try this if not call them
Also if the update still wont complete there is dell encryption uninstaller you need to install if its version 1803 and 1809 (just google Dell encryption uninstaller should come right up from dell site )
