Clear Teams Cache

1. Close Teams completely — right-click the Teams icon in the system tray and select Quit.
2. Press Win + R, paste the following, and hit Enter: %LocalAppData%\Packages\MSTeams_8wekyb3d8bbwe
3. Select everything in the folder (Ctrl + A) and delete it.
4. Reopen Teams and sign back in.

Note: You may need to sign in again after clearing the cache. This is normal.
