Defining a print area in Open Office

When documents need to be printed in an Open Office spreadsheet, a "Print Area" needs to be defined. Otherwise, the document will appear grey. To define a print area:


1. Select the area to print
2. Navigate to Format > Print Ranges
3. Choose Define
4. Print preview should display the defined area
5. Print the document


Note: For documents frequently used/uploaded to Plex, you can re-upload a saved copy of the document. This will prevent having to repeatedly select a print range for that document.
