IT User Account email not working on cell phone

Go into Active directory users and computers

Step 2.:

Under the toolbar for AD users and computers click on view and then click advanced features to show advanced features

Step 3: 

Find user account with issues

Step:4

Under the security tab for that account click on Advanced

Step 5:

Under Permissions click enable inhertance, (you can click disable inheritance after you get it working)
