if niagra workbench says cannot connect to specified port

Step 1 open services check if niagra is running 

step 2 open workbench go to platform -> application director


Make sure status says either starting or running 

if it says starting wait until it starts up

if black screen appears click into screen and press enter 

if application director says stopped go to right side of screen and click start
