Do we have to have an account or password to set up a webx conference?
The Hatch Stamping WebEx MeetMeNow subscription is no longer offered. In its place Cisco WebEx is now offering a free product called Cisco WebEx Meetings. The new product is web based and requires a login for each user. To learn more about the product go here : http://www.webex.com/products/web-conferencing.html .

Once you have created your webex account, you can download a small application that will allow you to use Outlook to schedule meetings.
To do this login into your webex meetings account, on the right hand side of the window under the search box there is a Downloads link. https://meetings.webex.com/collabs/#/support/downloads
Scroll down the page to the third main header named (SCHEDULE MEETINGS FROM MICROSOFT OUTLOOK AND OTHER DESKTOP APPLICATIONS) and click on the Download Button and follow the on screen instructions.
Also note: You can put the Webex Meetings App on your Iphone, IPad and Android device as well.
