Z4mplus Reset instructions
Unplug the network cord
Turn power off
Hold the FEED and PAUSE buttons at the same time and turn Power ON. Keep holding the two button for about 10 sec. and then let it go.
Once the printer is on, connect the network cord back in again.
This will give you an error message "ERROR CONDITION".
Do the following:
Press SETUP/EXIT
Press + until you get to "PRINT METHOD, THERMAL-TRANSFER"
Press SELECT
Press + to change the setting to DIRECT-THERMAL
Press SELECT again
Press SETUP/EXIT Twice
Press PAUSE to get it out of Pause Mode.
